Will my card automatically be billed?

Yes, your card will be automatically billed every month (or year) on the date that you signed up.

When will my account be charged?

Your account will always be charged on the date that you signed up. If you sign up on the 3rd of the month, you will always be billed on the 3rd of the month.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, by cancelling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Log in to your Bonfire account and select “My Account” from the menu.
  2. Select “Update my subscription credit card ”
  3. Click “Cancel” underneath your membership details.
What if my credit card attached to my membership expires?

If you know your credit card is about to expire, you can update it in order to prevent a break in your membership benefits:

  1. Log in to your Bonfire account and select “My Account” from your profile drop-down menu.
  2. Select “Update my subscription credit card ”

Note: If your credit card expires and the payment is not completed, the Fresh Start Family team will reach out to you to update your account. If you respond within a reasonable amount of time your membership will not be cancelled.

I have a monthly membership and would like to switch to the annual rate. How do I do that?

Bonfire members can switch from their monthly rate to the current annual membership rate at anytime.

  1. Log in to your Bonfire account and select “My Account” from the menu.
  2. Select “Update my subscription credit card ”
  3. Click “Annual Upgrade” underneath your membership details.

Your annual membership will process on your next monthly renewal.

Can I pause my membership?

Unfortunately, we are unable to pause your membership, but you can cancel at any time. However, once you cancel, you forgo any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.
