I’m not using my membership, can I get a refund?

No, there is no refund for a previous month’s Bonfire membership.

Can I get a refund on The Foundation’s course?

Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase, all we ask is that you complete a short feedback form to help us improve the program to better serve families in the future.

How to I cancel my Bonfire membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. However, by cancelling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.

To cancel your membership:

Log in to your Bonfire account and select “My Account” from the menu.

Select “Update my subscription credit card ”

Click “Cancel” underneath your membership details.

I’ve cancelled my account, but changed my mind - can I rejoin?

Yes!  You are welcome to rejoin if you have been a current member in the past, however, by cancelling your membership, you are forgoing any “locked-in” rate and if you choose to sign up again, your rate will be determined by the current membership prices.
