• Annual memberships: please cancel your membership before your annual membership renews if you would like to discontinue your membership. if your charge hits, we offer a 72 hour , no-questions-asked refund. Email us within 72 hours of your purchase and we’ll process it. No hassle, no hard feelings. After 72 hours, annual payments are non-refundable.
• Monthly memberships: monthly payments are non-refundable. Just cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again.
• You can cancel anytime through the self-billing portal to stop future billing. Nothing is owed after cancellation.
