Our full policy, in plain language

• Annual memberships: we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email us within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll process it. No hassle, no hard feelings. After day 7, annual payments are non-refundable.
• Monthly memberships: monthly payments are non-refundable. Just cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again.
• You can cancel anytime through the self-billing portal to stop future billing. Nothing is owed after cancellation.
