3 Helpful Tips to Help Kids When They Get Stuck in The Pit of Incapability or Feelings of Inadequacy
We’ve been talking a lot about strong willed amazing power driven kiddos lately, so I thought it would be great to switch it up & talk about a different kind of challenging behavior this week.
Have a listen for 3 Ideas on how to work with your kids when they go down the dark alley of inadequacy. It can be a lengthy & tiring process to get kids through Inadequate Phases, but as with all good things in life, the quick fixes usually aren’t the best. Trust that your kiddo’s going to be ok, be patient, listen intently, get curious, empower the heck out of them & celebrate successes.
Pumping our kids with instrinsic methods of problem solving & self-care is so much better than “fixing it for them”, so try these 3 tips out and let me know how it goes. I’d love to hear some success stories!
Thanks Wendy
