We’ve been talking a lot about strong willed amazing power driven kiddos lately, so I thought it would be great to switch it up & talk about a different kind of challenging behavior this week.

Have a listen for 3 Ideas on how to work with your kids when they go down the dark alley of inadequacy. Pumping our kids with instrinsic methods of problem solving & self-care is so much better than “fixing it for them”, so try these 3 tips out and let me know how it goes. I’d love to hear some success stories!
